RETURNS POLICY

How to return a product Please note that we can only accept returns of boxed/DVD product if the item is returned to us in its original sealed packaging. To return a product, please follow the procedure below: Email us with the following information: Your contact information (last name, first name, address, email, phone number). Your order ID Your reason for return For boxed/DVD items, confirmation that the box or DVD is still in its original sealed packaging. If the item has been opened, we are not obliged to offer a refund on the purchase. if approved your refund will be made within 14 days.
